What are your repair policies? Computers currently under Software Center warranty have priority over non-warranty systems. Service is performed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Due to the nature of trouble-shooting, we cannot forecast exactly how much time service will require. Therefore, we are unable to schedule appointments for service. "Random Lockups" that are not reproducible may require multiple troubleshooting attempts. Providing information such as hardware and software that was installed and/or events prior to such behavior will help expedite a solution. Due to the increase of SPYWARE and VIRUSES, it is getting more difficult to fix some computers without losing some of the data. Because of this, we always recommend the customer make backup copies of any data that you wish to save in the event some data is lost or corrupted.
